Staying at Gran Colombia Suites with my family was a truly enriching experience. Despite an initial room issue, the spacious suite we moved to was well-appointed and comfortable, providing the perfect setting for our stay. The friendly front desk staff, especially accommodating of our limited Spanish, made us feel welcome and at home. The hotel's location in downtown Cuenca made exploring the city convenient, with easy access to amenities like a grocery store and restaurants. The complimentary washer and dryer were a lifesaver for our extended stay. The staff's attentiveness enhanced our family's experience, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Reflecting on our time spent there, the seamless internet connection allowed us to stay connected with loved ones back home, making our stay even more enjoyable.
